Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://adailytouch.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A Daily Touch reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. A Daily Touch provides Meal Preparation, Companion Care, Housekeeping, Transportation Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://adailytouch.com is the property of A Daily Touch or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. A Daily Touch makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Daily Touch's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid A Daily Touch in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Daily Touch from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. A Daily Touch may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
